Wednesday 7/18/18

It's been almost two years since I last posted. In the meantime, I've finished my Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and successfully changed careers into the Land Surveying profession.

I want to get back in shape so for right now I'll be staring with a similar template to what I do today for as many days a week as I can and see where it leads me.

Wednesday 8/10/16

I'm still here.

I've been more or less doing pullups, pushups, and some swings here and there, but no dedicated routine.

Today I managed to hit pushups, pullups, swings, goblet squats and some farmers walk around the backyard.

I'd like to get into a barebones barbell and kettlebell routine that I can make work with my upcoming 16 unit semester. We'll see!
