Two handed swings 32kg - 10x10
Goblet squat 32kg - 3x10
C&P press 24kg - 10x1/1
I wanted a bit of a workout today without it being too much. I'm pretty much going to take the next two days off before the RKC. I have a bunch of nervous energy that I need to expend!
