Just getting started with this and need to go easy. I plan on slowly working my way up to 40 minutes (80 sets) again and then going up in weight.
I have a shoulder issue in the shoulder where I tore my rotator cuff when I was younger. It is just sore from some work I did around the house that aggravated it last week. I'll back off and do swings until it is better.
Squat - 65lbs 1x 5, 95lbs 1x 10, 115lbs 1x 10, 135lbs 1x 12 Press - 45lbs 1x 5, 65lbs 1x 5, 85lbs 3x 5 I have been doing pushups, pullups, some swings and goblet squats almost every day, but nothing very organized. School has been taking a lot of time but I need to get into a routine again. This is just me easing into some lifting again. I have a plan, lets see how it goes.
