Monday 10/27/08
Throughout the day I did 2 sets each of pushups for 20 reps and pullups for 8 reps gtg style.
Evening:
Pistols with bodyweight only. 6x3 each leg.
Hindu squats - 50.
Pistols were harder than when I use a weight.
