Thursday 10/30/08

Evening:

10 minutes tgu with my new 24 kg bell
20 minutes of 16 kg swings 30/30

More bu cleans and presses in between.

Still feeling noticeably stronger and the 16 kg bell is starting to feel lighter. I'm working on trying to make all of my reps in the swing perfect.
