Pushups - 1 set of 20
Pullups - 1 set of 9
Hindu squats - 50
Evening:
Pushups - 1 set of 20
Pullups - 1 set of 9
Hindu squats - 50
These are for maintenance really. My pullups feel strong though - all 9 were pulled up to my chest.
