Morning:
100 hindu squats
Evening:
Jump rope 5 rounds of 2 minutes with 10 24 kg two handed swings in between and after rounds.
Deadlift - 1x5 135, 1x5 135, 1x5 170, 1x5 155
50 hindu squats
I also did 5 gtg pushup sets of 16 throughout the day.
