Afternoon:
Back squat - 45lbs 2x5, 55lbs 1x5, 85lbs 1x3, 115lbs 1x2, 145lbs 3x5
Press - 45lbs 2x5, 55lbs 1x5, 70lbs 1x3, 85lbs 1x2, 100lbs 1x5, 1x4, 1x5
Power clean - 65lbs 3x5, 65lbs 1x3, 80lbs 1x2, 95lbs 5x3
Last reps of the two final squat sets were a bit shaky. I have to concentrate hard on staying rock solid throughout and that means no moving forward at the bottom even if I think I'm not going to make it.
I missed the last rep of the middle pressing set. I'm going to chalk it up to form as I got all my reps on the last set. It's all about getting under the bar fast.
I'm starting to get my elbows to move faster on my power cleans. I still have to coordinate the second pull better but I think I'm getting a little better at these.
