Friday 12/26/08

Morning:

Fighter pullups - 9, 9, 8, 7, 6

Afternoon:

24kg C&P - 5 ladders to 2 rungs each arm alternating with sets of 5 bent over rows each arm

Light swings - 24kg - two handed - 10, 20, 20

The bell is popping up to shoulder height much more easily now. I was pretty congested and it was hard to breathe so I kept it to the 50 total swings.
