Afternoon:
Squats - 5x135, 5x135, 4x145, 3x145, 3x145
Did the swing/hindu squat portion of Dave Whitley's Brutal Minimalist Fitness routine with the 24kg bell. I had to break the second set of swings up into 34+6. The whole thing was done in 15:00 approximately.
I have a way to go with my squats.
I hit the first 50 sets of swings driving the bell to shoulder height. Still didn't make the second set of 40 but I'm improving.
