Monday 5/18/09

Evening:

Squats - 120 lbs 5x5

Press - 100 lbs 5x5

Pullups with 20 lbs - 3x5, 4, 3

Everything feels pretty good. I'm getting heavier but I hit more reps in my pullups than last workout. I'm getting stronger.
