Wednesday 5/12/10

Morning:

Diamond pushups - 3x16

Bodyweight squats - 3x20

Afternoon:

Wore a 40lb weight vest for about an hour and during that time I did 5x20 squats.

I'm just kind of waiting for my cut to heal on my finger so I can do some swings. I wasn't sure if I could do 5 sets of 20 with the 40lb weight vest on, but I got em no problem. I plan on getting a good amount of squats in along with swings, tgu starting next week hopefully.
