Fighter pullups - 10, 10, 9, 8, 7
Evening:
Max VO2 - 35kg bell 15/15 protocol - 80 sets of 7 reps
Well...I definitely didn't "own" the 80 sets but I got em done. The last 10 were tough and my left elbow is a bit sore. I'm going to go chill out now.
