Thursday 2/19/09

Morning:

Pullups - work sets of 3 with 60 seconds rest between all sets - 28 sets of pullups - 84 total
Pushups - 3 sets of 16

Evening:

24kg one handed swings 1 set of 20 alternating hands each rep

Deadlift - 2x5 135, 3x3 230, 3x2 245, 3x1 260

Good day. I could probably have squeezed a few more worksets of pullups in this morning, but I was starting to lose form a bit on the 3rd rep of the last sets. Next week I'll do worksets of 3 on Wednesday and then do worksets of 4 on Thursday.

Deadlifts were fine. Weight went up no problem.

I'm around 192 right now. I'm just eating carefully, but the warrior diet is not being used at the moment. 6 smaller meals a day and I notice I feel a little stronger.
