Evening:
32kg two handed swings 20 sets of 12 on the minute - 240 total
I also did some gtg pullups throughout the day - 8 sets of 6
Good day. Short blast of a workout and some pullup practice.
My knee is still funky. I made an appointment with the doctor tomorrow. I'm going to ask to see someone that specializes in sports injuries. It's not stopping me from doing anything, it's just annoying and at the very least I want to know what is going on.
