Morning:

Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 3x40

Front squat - 45lbs 3x5, 65lbs 1x3, 90lbs 1x2, 115lbs 3x5

Deadlift - 3x5 135lbs, 1x1 225lbs, 1x5 285lbs, 1x5 255lbs

My weight is very slowly climbing. I'm at at 204 lbs. right now.
