Afternoon:
Front squat - 45lbs 2x5, 55lbs 1x5, 85lbs 1x3, 110lbs 1x2, 145lbs 3x5
C&P ladders - 24kg - 2x1,2,3,4,5 (pr), 3x1,2,3,4
Barbell row - 65lbs 3x10
Pretty brutal workout volume wise today. It's cool to feel yourself get stronger, even if it's baby steps. My squats had just a bit more horsepower today and I hit a pr in pressing the 24kg bell with the 2 ladders to 5 rungs.
Time to eat. I'm about 212 lbs right now.
