Wednesday 12/8/10

Afternoon:

Front squat - 45lbs 2x5, 50lbs 1x5, 80lbs 1x3, 105lbs 1x2, 135lbs 3x5

C&P ladders - 24kg - 5x1,2,3,4 (pr)

I felt strong today. Squats went well. All were down low and a bit of a pause at the bottom.

C&P went well. I'm getting close to hitting 5 ladders to 5 with the 24kg, which, is an intermediate goal for me along with hitting 5 ladders to 3 rungs with the 28kg bell. Getting both of those would be a solid step in the right direction.
