Afternoon:

Squat - 95lbs 1x 5, 115lbs 1x 5, 135lbs 3x 11

Bench - 95lbs 1x 5, 115lbs 1x 5, 135lbs 3x 6

I'm also doing two handed 32kg swings, pullups and pushups gtg during the days.
