Friday 10/24/08

Early afternoon:

Deadlifts - 135x3, 135x3, 145x3, 145x3, 155x3, 155x3

At the suggestion of people on the Dragondoor forums I'm just going light and trying to keep full tension and practice the movement. I kept rest times between sets to about 2 minutes.
