Friday 12/17/10

Afternoon:

Front squat - 45lbs 2x5, 55lbs 1x5, 85lbs 1x3, 110lbs 1x2, 145lbs 2x5, 1x4

C&P ladders - 28kg - 5x1,2 (pr)

Only four reps on my last set of squats. Just have to keep plugging away. I'll repeat this weight next squat day.
