Afternoon:

Squat - 95lbs 1x 5, 115lbs 1x 5, 135lbs 3x 10

Bench - 95lbs 1x 5, 115lbs 1x 5, 135lbs 3x 8

I'm going to try to start something new based around conditioning. It's been a bit difficult to train while doing school this quarter.
