I went over to Jordan's studio and helped out a bit with his re filming of "The Corrections" earlier today.

Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 3x30

Front squat - 45lbs 3x5, 50lbs 1x3, 70lbs 1x2, 90lbs 3x5

Wall pushups are coming right along. I don't know that I've ever really done an exercise that gets my triceps pumped like this one does. Keeping the tension and moving slowly really makes these much harder.

I also saw Jordan before my workout. We went over the basics of the TGU as I will be helping him out with some of his re filming of portions of his DVD "The Corrections". I will be helping him with the TGU section of the video.

Long cycle was fine. I had done 5 ladders of 2,4,6 with double 24's before but it was some months ago. These were just a bit harder than I expected.

I was supposed to have done my Max VO2 yesterday, but I felt like relaxing after having driven from Eureka home on Sunday. It rained solid the entire drive and there was a ton of traffic. Very crappy drive down 101 south.

I am visiting my Mom up in Eureka and brought my 24kg bell with me so I wouldn't miss my heavy pressing day. Presses were strong and hitting 5 ladders to 3 rungs without struggling the first time in a while is a great sign of what's to come in the next months.

I did miss my last deadlifting day yesterday but I'm not worried about it. Next week I start my 2 week conditioning block.

I feel stronger all the time. It's really noticeable how much more solid my pressing is...especially in the later sets.

My presses are much more solid than they were a couple of weeks ago. I'm feeling strong through my hips and midsection and the presses feel good.

I found out a couple of days ago I can do pistols again without pain. It took about a year for the muscles in my leg to heal enough after my hip replacement.
