Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 3x20
Front squat - 45lbs 3x5, 50lbs 1x3, 65lbs 1x2, 85lbs 3x5
Max VO2 - 16kg bell 15/15 protocol - 36 sets of 7 reps
I was supposed to have done my Max VO2 yesterday, but I felt like relaxing after having driven from Eureka home on Sunday. It rained solid the entire drive and there was a ton of traffic. Very crappy drive down 101 south.
