Afternoon:
C&P ladders - 24kg - 5x1,2,3
I am visiting my Mom up in Eureka and brought my 24kg bell with me so I wouldn't miss my heavy pressing day. Presses were strong and hitting 5 ladders to 3 rungs without struggling the first time in a while is a great sign of what's to come in the next months.
I did miss my last deadlifting day yesterday but I'm not worried about it. Next week I start my 2 week conditioning block.
