Afternoon:
Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 3x30
Front squat - 45lbs 3x5, 50lbs 1x3, 70lbs 1x2, 90lbs 3x5
Wall pushups are coming right along. I don't know that I've ever really done an exercise that gets my triceps pumped like this one does. Keeping the tension and moving slowly really makes these much harder.
