Tuesday 10/12/10

Morning:

Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 2x20

Afternoon:

Deadlift - 3x5 135lbs, 1x1 225lbs, 1x5 255lbs, 1x5 230lbs

GTG Pistols throughout the day - 6 sets of 1/1

I found out a couple of days ago I can do pistols again without pain. It took about a year for the muscles in my leg to heal enough after my hip replacement.
