Monday 12/16/13

Afternoon:

Squat - 95lbs 1x 5, 115lbs 1x 5, 135lbs 3x 10

Deadlift - 135lbs 1x 5, 190lbs 3x 10

Two hand swings 32kg - 5x 10

I've been doing pullups, pushups and some swings, but not much else. I need to get back into a solid routine again. It has to be balanced with my schoolwork though.
