Afternoon:

Squat - 65lbs 1x 5, 95lbs 1x 10, 115lbs 1x 10, 135lbs 1x 20

Press - 45lbs 1x 5, 65lbs 1x 5, 85lbs 3x 7

Band pullaparts 3x 10

I did some stuff last week but can't really remember. My shoulder soreness is almost gone.
