Tuesday 9/2/14

Afternoon:

Two handed swings 32kg - 5x 10

VWC snatch 16kg - 14 sets of 6/6

Just getting started with this and need to go easy. I plan on slowly working my way up to 40 minutes (80 sets) again and then going up in weight.

I have a shoulder issue in the shoulder where I tore my rotator cuff when I was younger. It is just sore from some work I did around the house that aggravated it last week. I'll back off and do swings until it is better.
