Wall pushups (CC tempo) - 2x20, 1x10

Afternoon:

Deadlift - 3x5 135lbs, 1x1 225lbs, 1x5 265lbs, 1x5 240lbs

3 sets of 5 ab wheel rollouts from my knees

GTG Pistols throughout the day - 6 sets of 1/1
