Afternoon:

GTG Pullups/chinups (alternating) throughout the day 5x3

TGU to post 20kg - 5x1/1

Front squat - 45lbs 3x5, 60lbs 2x3, 80lbs 3x3

C&P ladders - 20kg - 5x1,2,3

Deadlift - 135lbs 2x5, 140lbs 1x3, 195lbs 1x2 , 235lbs 1x5

Pressing is already feeling more solid. Good call on backing off a bit.
