Bench - 65 lbs 1x 5, 95 lbs 1x 5, 135 lbs 1x 5, 1x 3, 1x 2 Sigh...still trying to get back into something regular. Physics and multivariable calculus are taking a lot of my time and energy. Its up to me to find a balance.
Just getting started with this and need to go easy. I plan on slowly working my way up to 40 minutes (80 sets) again and then going up in weight.
I have a shoulder issue in the shoulder where I tore my rotator cuff when I was younger. It is just sore from some work I did around the house that aggravated it last week. I'll back off and do swings until it is better.
Squat - 65lbs 1x 5, 95lbs 1x 10, 115lbs 1x 10, 135lbs 1x 12 Press - 45lbs 1x 5, 65lbs 1x 5, 85lbs 3x 5 I have been doing pushups, pullups, some swings and goblet squats almost every day, but nothing very organized. School has been taking a lot of time but I need to get into a routine again. This is just me easing into some lifting again. I have a plan, lets see how it goes.
Two hand swings 32kg - 4x 20 I'm still doing pushups and pullups in the mornings 5 days a week. 3 sets of 18 pushups and 3 sets of 6 pullups. I weigh 220 right now.
Dips were hurting my shoulders so they are out. Everything feels good. I think this routine will keep me busy for a while. I'm trying to eat enough, but not too much. I'm not crazy in regards to staying on top of my diet so I'm trying to find something that works for me and still lets me recover and get stronger.
