Tuesday 1/12/16

Morning:

Goblet squat 32kg - 2x 5
Pushups - 3x 12
Pullups - 3x 1

Since I'm squatting "for real" now I'm going to mellow a bit on the goblet squats and use them to open the hips and not as much of an "exercise".
